Since 2005, the bi-monthly iCAN-Global Entrepreneur’s Breakfast Forum has provided entrepreneurs, innovators, scientists, academics, professionals and investors with business and technology education on topics ranging from cleantech, marketing & sales, entrepreneurship, technology & innovation.  Guest speakers deliver presentations about their companies and business expertise to inform and educate physical and virtual attendees.

The most recent Entrepreneur’s Breakfast Forum took place on April 17th at the Bronxville Public Library in Bronxville, NY.  Over 40 in-studio attendees came together to network, share ideas and learn about venture capital and angel funding from seasoned executives who sat on a panel addressing the topic “Attractive Markets for Angel and Venture Capital.”  The event was also broadcast to a worldwide audience via webcast so those who could not attend the event in person tuned in!

Event registration, breakfast and networking ran from 8:15am-9:00am EDT and presentations and Q&A ran from 9:00am-10:30am EDT.  The presentation portion of the event was moderated by Peter Lynch, President of the management consulting firm Salem Financial.  Peter introduced speakers Richard Frederick, Co-Founder of Eastern NY Angels (ENYA) and Neil Jacobs, Founder of N. I. Jacobs & Associates; Richard and Neil delivered featured presentations on current trends in angel and venture capital investing.  Following these presentations, Peter led a Q&A segment where audience members asked questions to both Richard and Neil regarding funding.
